Training

Act with greater skill when work asks something of you.

A conversation with Jasper

Let’s start with a conversation.

What is your organisation working through? Tell me about it. Together we’ll explore whether a training could help.

The programmes are in development. This is an exploratory conversation.

You’ll hear from me personally within two working days.

For companies and organisations

Development that becomes visible in action

Training helps participants practise skills that matter in their work. It is not psychological treatment and not a solution for structural problems such as unrealistic workload, unsafe leadership or a poorly designed organisation. Those conditions remain the responsibility of the commissioning organisation.

Knowing what makes sense does not mean you will act on it when pressure rises. Sati therefore connects psychological explanation with self-examination, practice and real work situations. Each programme answers a different question: how do I direct my own behaviour more deliberately, how do I stay healthy under pressure, and how do I deal more skilfully with what happens between people?

Three programmes

A distinct question for each programme

Themes may overlap. The difference lies in the situation in which participants want to act differently. The programmes have been chosen and are now being developed further.

Core programme · 01

Sati Self-Leadership

Understand, direct and develop yourself.

For whom

Professionals and teams who want to direct their actions more deliberately, especially when automatic patterns, doubt, boundaries or fragmented attention get in the way.

Central theme

Deliberate control over your attention, your choices and your behaviour, also when pressure rises.

What participants practise

Self-awareness, values and direction, working with thoughts, emotion regulation, confidence, setting boundaries, behaviour change, attention, mindfulness and ownership. These are building blocks, not fixed modules.

More about this programme

Recognisable work situations

Postponing decisions, being driven by urgency, struggling with boundaries, getting stuck in self-criticism, or knowing what matters but not acting on it.

Possible approach

A coherent learning path combines explanation, self-examination, concrete exercises, reflection on work situations and small behavioural experiments. The first delivery format and duration are chosen together with a commissioning organisation.

A question to explore together

Which recurring work situation asks employees for more deliberate control over their attention, choices and behaviour?

Practical

Format, duration, group size, location and price have not been fixed. An introductory session, a workshop, a one-day training or a longer programme are all possible formats.

Programme · 02

Sati Resilience & Focus

Perform sustainably without exhausting yourself.

For whom

Professionals and teams who want to keep functioning under pressure without ignoring signs of overload.

Central theme

Staying healthy while performing: organising recovery, energy and attention deliberately.

What participants practise

Understanding stress and overload signals, organising recovery and mental energy, setting boundaries, directing attention, dealing with perfectionism and functioning sustainably. Mindfulness is a way to practise here, not the end goal.

More about this programme

Recognisable work situations

Prolonged workload, constant switching, difficulty recovering, perfectionism, noticing boundaries too late and attention that keeps being interrupted.

Possible approach

Exercises are linked to real work patterns and to what participants can influence themselves. Structural causes are made visible and are not reduced to individual resilience.

A question to explore together

Where do people lose energy unnecessarily right now, and which part of that calls for skills and which part for an organisational decision?

Practical

Format, duration, group size, location and price have not been fixed. An introductory session, a workshop, a one-day training or a longer programme are all possible formats.

Programme · 03

Sati Emotionally Intelligent Collaboration

Deal more skilfully with what happens between people.

For whom

Teams and professionals who want to keep communicating clearly under pressure and recognise relational patterns earlier.

Central theme

Communicating and collaborating when things get tense.

What participants practise

Recognising and regulating emotions, perspective-taking, empathy, communicating under pressure, giving and receiving feedback, working with conflict, conducting difficult conversations and contributing to social and psychological safety.

More about this programme

Recognisable work situations

Avoiding feedback, conversations that harden quickly, conflicts that keep simmering, defensive reactions and unclarity about what social and psychological safety require in practice.

Possible approach

Brief explanation alternates with cases, perspective shifts, conversation skills and reflection on recurring interaction patterns. The training does not promise to create a safe organisation; it does make participants more skilful in their own contribution.

A question to explore together

Which conversation is not working well enough right now, and what should participants be able to do differently afterwards?

Practical

Format, duration, group size, location and price have not been fixed. An introductory session, a workshop, a one-day training or a longer programme are all possible formats.

Discuss collaboration

Self-Leadership is the core programme and will be shaped first. Price, group size, duration, location, certification and scheduling have not been fixed for any of the programmes.
