Meditation

Getting to know attention through practice.

For people who want to learn to meditate, develop their attention or deepen an existing practice. Not as a productivity trick, but as an attentive way of exploring your own experience.

A conversation with Jasper

Let’s start with a conversation.

Would you like to start meditating or deepen your practice? Tell me what you’re looking for. I’m happy to think it through with you.

The programmes are in development. This is an exploratory conversation.

You’ll hear from me personally within two working days.

Why a separate path?

Meditation has value beyond reducing stress

Meditation can help you train attention and notice patterns earlier. But practice does not have to serve speed or productivity. It can also be a way of observing your experience more closely: where your attention goes, and how you can begin again each time.

You can choose between two formats: a one-day training as an introduction, or the six-week programme in which you build a practice of your own step by step. If you are seeking help with psychological symptoms, Therapy will probably fit better. For development in a work context, see Training.

Two trainings

One day to begin, six weeks to deepen

Both formats are in development. They share the same foundation: learning to notice, calmly and precisely, what happens in your experience. The difference lies in the time you take and how far it brings you.

Introduction · 01 1 day

One-day training

Experience what meditation is in a single day.

For whom

For those who want to start meditating and prefer to experience it for a full day first, or who want to refresh an existing practice in a short time.

What you practise

The foundation of the practice: finding a posture, attention to body and breath, and noticing thoughts without having to stop them.

Format

A compact day of guided practice, explanation and room for questions. You go home with a short practice of your own for the days that follow.

More about this day

Difference from the six-week programme

The one-day training is an introduction. The six-week programme builds a practice of your own in six steps, so that you can continue independently afterwards.

Practical

The exact set-up of this day is still being developed. Location, group size, price and dates have not been fixed. Share your interest and you will hear as soon as more is known.

Programme · 02 6 weeks

Learn to meditate, 6 weeks

Build a practice of your own, step by step.

For whom

For those who want to learn to meditate or deepen an existing practice, with guidance over six weeks.

What you practise

Each week centres on one theme, from a realistic routine and attention to body and breath, to working with thoughts and feelings, meditation in daily life and continuing independently.

Format

Six consecutive weeks, each with a theme and an intended practice. At the end you choose a practice that suits you.
